How to know Offset ( ET)

The offset "ET" is the distance between the central axis of the rim and fender plane of the disc on the part of the hub.


The offset has three types,   First one is positive, Second one is negative, Third one is zero.

      

Offset( ET) is called positive;

If the central axis of the rim is shifted towards fender plance of the disc along X-aix of the rim.  




Offset(ET) is called negative; 

 If the central axis of the rim is shifted towards fener plane of the disc along X-axis of the vehicle.


Offset(ET) is called zero,  

If the axis of the rim and plane are identical.
